Over the last 8 years of experience in project management related to process improvement, both services and production. Some areas of expertise ranging from automotive, to healthcare or chemical.

I have developed and managed a program which generated >2,5m€ in results through mentoring project managers (Jan 2020 - Jun 2022). >35 mentees distributed through Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg or Switzerland.

In total, over 15 years of experience mostly dedicated to lean inhouse consulting, project management and several roles in logistics.
